An integral part of Organo’s group philosophy is the provision of technical and service support to our client’s for the lifetime of their water and wastewater treatment systems. For many clients, this means occasional but regular visits to ensure that their system is operating correctly and provide any necessary additional training. Other clients with relatively large systems require frequent, sometimes daily, visits to ensure that systems constantly operate at peak efficiency. Our clients know that we genuinely try very hard to provide a quality of service second to none, and react to their needs quickly.
We have recently extended our capability to provide this level of service to our increasing number of customers. Whilst many clients have systems provided by Organo, an increasing number do not, having systems provided by other companies, but transferring their business to Organo for a variety of reasons.

TOVEKO sand filter for Aaron Oil Company
Organo have just received a contract for a Toveko continuous gravity sand filter for Aaron Oil’s plant in Saraland , Alabama . The filter will be used for the removal of oil and suspended solids, a duty for which TOVEKO filters are ideally suited. Whereas most sand filters block up and soon stop working when they remove sticky substances such as oil, TOVEKO filters’ unique sand washing system is able to keep the filter sand clean at all times.
This is the second filter supplied to Aaron Oil. The first unit, supplied in 1993 is still operating successfully, and Aaron Oil are so pleased with it, they have ordered another.
TOVEKO filters are constructed in stainless steel and automatically adjust to changes in characteristics of the incoming flow. Since they are only 2.3m high, they are easy to fit into existing plants, avoiding any problems with planning restrictions and often permitting the feed to enter by gravity, avoiding the need for an expensive feed pumping station.
