Latest San Kan Oh contract
A contract has recently been received to supply a further two San Kan Oh functional water systems for Samsung Electronics. The units will be delivered to an internationally known tool manufacturer, who will incorporate them within their machines prior to delivery to Samsung.
San Kan Oh systems dissolve either hydrogen or ozone into a supply of ultrapure water to provide “functional” water that is used in the cleaning of electronic components to ensure extremely high percentage removal of metals & particles, whilst at the same time dramatically reducing the consumption of both chemicals (and the consequent wastewater treatment) and ultrapure water.

This therefore also reduces operating costs and environmental impact. Hundreds of San Kan Oh units are in use in many of the world’s best-known electronics manufacturing companies. A range of standard models fully automatic units is available, delivering from 300 to 3600l/h of functional water. Custom-built systems are also available to meet client’s individual needs.

Organo ( UK ) Ltd. was chosen to deliver a packaged water softener and reverse osmosis unit to supply high-purity water for the manufacturing process. This particular unit delivers up to 600l/h of water at a conductivity of less than 5µS, and is one unit in a substantial range of standard packaged water treatment units available according to clients’ individual needs.
