Water Treatment for Component or Body Paint Lines, or boiler make-up

Whatever the quality of the raw water supply and the treated water quality required, we can offer a suitable system that will provide the constant treated water supply you need on a 24/7 basis at the lowest practical cost of ownership. If you have a preference, we can offer a system based on either reverse osmosis or ion exchange. If you do not have a preference, we will offer the most economic system.

Wastewater Treatment

We are fully experienced and familiar with the optimum techniques necessary to treat wastewater from both paint lines and engine manufacturing efficiently and cost-effectively to whatever Discharge Consent conditions are applicable. Where it is appropriate, we offer testing and / or pilot trial facilities to enable us to optimise the chosen treatment technology to suit the needs of the chemicals and systems used in the production process.

For certain specialist applications (for example for the high performance / racing sector), where the finishes used are different from the norm, the wastewater treatment and recycling techniques have to be very different, and can involve materials recovery as an integral part of the system. One example of this is the treatment of wastewater from the indium plating of high-performance bearings for engines.
