On 17th December 2007, Organo (UK) Ltd changed its name to Hager + Elsässer UK Ltd.

For more than 15 years Hager + Elsässer GmbH, based in Stuttgart, and Organo Corporation of Tokyo have cooperated in the design, supply, installation, service and maintenance of a large number of water and wastewater treatment plants across the world. This cooperation has gradually increased to the point where it was considered advantageous to our many clients to re-organise the way in which the two companies cooperate and, as part of this, Hager + Elsässer have acquired a major stake in Organo (UK) Ltd.

The jointly-owned company has changed its name to Hager + Elsässer UK Ltd as part of this restructuring which is planned to foster even closer cooperation between the companies.

Organo remains committed to its Japanese-owned clients in Europe and, through Hager + Elsässer UK Ltd will still provide the high level of service and support its clients have always enjoyed. As part of the arrangement, Hager + Elsässer UK Ltd retains the exclusive right to manufacture, market and sell TOVEKO® filters and their spare parts etc on a worldwide basis, as well as various other Organo products such as San Kan Oh® Functional Water systems, as before.

These changes have enabled us to broaden our product portfolio significantly and also to provide a broader and more widespread service capability throughout Europe.

We have also opened a local office in Sweden to provide top-level service for our clients in the Nordic area.
