  Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
We supply water treatment systems for all pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and cosmetics requirements including the generation of Purified Water, Highly Purified Water, Water for Injection, clean steam generators, storage and distribution systems. Whatever the size and configuration required, every system is designed and constructed to state-of-the-art standards and meets / exceeds the most stringent quality requirements:
  • Latest USP, JP and PH Eur standards
  • cGMP requirements
  • GAMP validation control systems
  • FDA requirements
  • ISPE Engineering Guidelines
  • CE marking

When the flow rate requirement is relatively low, we can assist in the selection of appropriate equipment from our standardised range. If you require larger flow rates and / or particular engineering or construction requirements, we will custom-design systems to your exact specification.

Systems are pre-assembled and tested in our factory wherever practical, and programming is done internally using qualified software. All systems supplied are sanitisable using chemicals, or hot water, as appropriate. Qualification is completed by our own separate Qualification team and you are supplied with all necessary documentation. We can assist you with validation if you wish.

If you require, we can also supply closed-loop recirculation systems encompassing storage tank, ring main booster pump, UV light, heating/cooling controls, as well as ozone sanitisation options (continuous if required). These skid mounted units come pre- assembled and tested in our factory with all the associated controls required and full validation, further reducing time on site.

Following commissioning, we are available to supply you with a full service and support package on a 24 hour basis for the life of the plant. We also have a certified laboratory available to provide you with appropriate water analysis.
